The most common question which is asked to a believer is "Are you reading your bible?" While the question should be "Are you living the bible?, Most of us read the word and feel Good about the works of God and his wisdom through the Gospels but few of us implement the word in real life. The explicit dogma of modern Christianity is that people confess Jesus with their mouth and deny him with their lifestyle. Are we really implementing the biblical principles in our daily lives? Bible says let not any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth (Eph 4:29), But are we really following what the word says? God says " Be holy as I am holy", It's not a request but a command.

A heavenly treasure is unlocked for us if we discipline ourselves to live according to the word. Psalmist says "I Rejoice at your word As one who finds great treasures" (Psalms 119:162)  Jesus said "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed" (John 8:31). We cannot be his disciples if we are not abiding in his word.

The one who lives according to His word through the fear of God is considered as wise in the kingdom of heaven and God reveals his secrets and mysteries to him. To live in his Word is to love the Lord and his ways. The thirst in our lives isn't satisfied because we are just reading the word and not living it. Just coming to the Living water will not satisfy your thirst, you need to drink it. Let's repent of our old ways and Rededicate our lives to live according to his word. Whenever you'll open your bible to read his word, take up a challenge to live by his Word in our daily walk. Let the word richly dwell in your hearts and mind. Reflect the word through your actions and speech. Be an example to the lost world. Be a Living and breathing bible. Preach the Gospel through your life, Potray the Love of Christ through your deeds, Praise him with the Uprightness of your Heart, Deny yourself, take up the cross and follow Jesus. If you'll commit yourself to walk in his word daily you will carry his Presence and Glory wherever you'll Go. Let the world know what a Child of God looks like when he is filled with the Spirit, Glory, Anointing and Power of God, Nourished and Cherished by his word.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Prayer:

Heavenly father
I repent of the times when I disobeyed your word and lived according to the flesh. Help me to live according to your word and to Abide in your Presence, I commit myself to live according to your word. Thank you for your precious word.
