The Lord is near to those who are discouraged; He saves those who have lost all hope.” (Psalms 34:18)

There are times when you feel lonely, rejected and discouraged. The devil tries to part you from God using such depressing and negative emotions. It is during difficult times like these, should you call upon Jesus. Don’t lose hope because we serve a mighty God and he will never put you to shame. Always be eager to show how strong and lasting your hope and faith really is. (Hebrews 6:11) Whatever happens, God will never reject you even if the entire world is against you. If you have lost all your friends, remember that a wonderful friend is waiting for you and that's Jesus. He will never let you down and pull you up with His words of encouragement always. Therefore, never be disheartened because Jesus is waiting to be your silver lining and your only ray of hope when you feel like you have lost everything. Serve God and put your hope in Him. He is all you that you need to fulfill all your needs and desires. (Isaiah 26:8)
Prayer:

Loving lord Jesus, today I humbly ask you to fill me with the joy that there is hope in you and you will always be there by my side. I have the assurance that you love me very much. Take away the depressing sides of my life and bring in courage and strength in me in Jesus’ name. Amen!

“You, Lord, give perfect peace to those who keep their purpose firm and put their trust in you.” (Isaiah 26:3)
